Through the examination of your goods, we will setup your operating system with a name (as the primary user), date, time and language settings. We will contact the buyer once the order has been placed, by email, to confirm a username; if no reply is given within 24 hours then the Buyer's first name will be used as the primary user. Any software bought, such as Panda Internet Security will be installed and updated for optimum security on your system.
If the goods bought with Platinum Pre-Delivery Inspection develop a fault within the first seven days following delivery, then the goods will be replaced with no extra cost to the buyer.

- The Platinum Pre-Delivery Inspection may take up to 48 hours and will be despatched after this
