The buyer is responsible for packaging, insurance and carriage of the goods and on receipt of those goods in pristine, re-sellable condition, you will be refunded in full.

What is OEM software?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. OEM software is generally only sold by hardware manufacturers who include the OEM software as part of the total product. For example, when you purchase a new computer and it comes with and option to purchase Office OEM, it is the OEM version of Office. Software wise there is no difference between the OEM copy and the full retail version. The main a difference with OEM software and retail versions is the price and support. Retail software costs more which is a direct reflection of the fact that it comes with full documentation and support (in this case by Microsoft). OEM versions can only be purchased with a laptop or desktop PC.~~~758~760~~
